I offer one TRX 4-person small group class per week at Centerline Movement Studio. This form of training offers support in balance and form for some movements, and drastically increases the challenge in other movements. This is a great compliment to a yoga or Pilates practice as it allows you to experience functional movements with guidance from the TRX.
