Where do we meet?
This is based on your needs, and with the current COVID-19 situation, we will have to be creative to stay healthy and safe. Let’s discuss this more when you contact me. We have the option of meeting virtually through Zoom, outside in a park, at the parking garage stairs, or in my spacious studio where we can easily remain socially distant and both wear a mask.**

How often should we meet?
How often I see each client varies because everyone’s needs are different!
Creating change often requires hands-on support, so for my personal training and private yoga clients, I prefer we meet 2-3 times per week and then settle into a routine of 1-3 times a week.
Others come for only 2-3 corrective exercise sessions where I determine what is causing their injury, offer some movements that will support them, and then they continue with this protocol on their own.
Some want a home yoga practice, so they come for 3-4 sessions to learn the routine, take it home, and then return for another routine when they are ready.
Many continue to come on a regular basis using the variety of practices I offer to help them navigate through the natural flow of life.
For coaching clients, I ask for a three month initial commitment meeting weekly. After this time period, you will know the level of support you need from me, and we can build an ongoing schedule from there.

**COVID-19 guidelines for using the studio space:
Please make sure to stay at home if you have traveled within the last 2 weeks, or if you have had any of these symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain/aches, persistent headache, sore throat, or new loss of smell or taste. I will waive any late cancellation charges due to you experiencing any of these symptoms.
I am scheduling clients at least 15 minutes apart to give me time to spray the floors and every handle, strap, ball — anything used in the session, and allow them to wet dry using a disinfectant approved to kill COVID-19.
I always wear a mask while I am in the space, and prefer you do the same. I have a few masks for sale that seem to be more comfortable during exercise. Please let me know in advance so I can have it set out for you to wear upon entering the space.
I have hand sanitizer on the table just as you enter — please make sure to use that upon entering and exiting. I also have a restroom, so feel free to wash your hands if you prefer.
Please make sure to wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time. I need that full period of time to ensure your safety and don’t want any accidental overlap with other clients.
Please make sure to be prompt in leaving the space at the end of your appointment time so that I have enough time to prepare the space for the next client.
