Where do we meet?

For those who live in Tucson, I see all of my clients at Rooted Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and Centerline Movement on 1600 North Tucson Blvd (see maps to the right). The services I offer in private, small group or class settings are:

  • Fitness & strength training
  • Corrective movement (private or duet sessions only)
  • Yoga
  • Mindfulness meditation
  • Integrative health coaching (private sessions only)

We can also blend the modalities based on what is needed at the time in a hybrid session, or we can focus on just one piece.

For those who live elsewhere and want private coaching or guidance on meditation, we can have our sessions via FaceTime or over the phone. I have found this to be very effective. Many of my local clients schedule phone sessions during their lunch hour or at a specific time when they know they’ll need a shift in perspective during their work day.

For those who are local and wish for me to travel to you, I am also open to that, schedule-depending. I love teaching corporate yoga classes and functional movement classes at local businesses, so let me know if either of these services sound like a fit for your company.

How often should we meet?

How often I see each client varies because everyone’s needs are different!

Creating change often requires hands-on support, so many of my personal training and private yoga clients see me more frequently at first (2-3 times per week) and then settle into a routine of 1-3 times a week.

Others come for only 2-3 corrective exercise sessions where I determine what is causing their injury, offer some movements that will support them, and then they continue with this protocol on their own.

Some want a home yoga practice, so they come for 3-4 sessions to learn the routine, take it home, and then return for another routine when they are ready.

Many continue to come on a regular basis using the variety of practices I offer to help them navigate through the natural flow of life.

For coaching clients, I ask for a three month initial commitment meeting weekly. After this time period, you will know the level of support you need from me, and we can build an ongoing schedule from there.
