I offer a range of session length choices: 30 min, 45 min, 60 min and 90 min.
- 30 minute sessions — short meditation sessions, quick redirect coaching sessions or movement clients coming 2x/week or more
- 45 minute sessions — movement, coaching, meditation or hybrid sessions
- 60 minute sessions — movement, coaching, meditation or hybrid sessions
- 90 minute sessions — formal coaching (45-60 min) followed by a movement or meditation practice (30-45 min)

If you contact me prior to 24 hours, you will not be charged and I will slide the payment toward our next scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment time within 24 hours of our session, you will be charged in full for the session.* See COVID-19 Guidelines page for details about cancelling if you are experiencing any of the CDC symptoms.
*I always try to be flexible and creative. I ask you to do the same. Knowing we can utilize the session time for a variety of practices (movement, breathing, meditation or coaching), rather than just canceling, do your best to consider what we COULD do in the scheduled session time, or perhaps what portion of the session could we use. Maybe we can speak on the phone if traffic or timing doesn’t allow you to be here in person or on time. If that doesn’t work, schedule-allowing, I will do my best to fill your un-used slot with another client so that I can slide your payment toward our next scheduled appointment instead.
