Session Cancellation Agreement

It is important that you are advised in advance of my cancellation policy. Please read this document in full, and then complete and submit the form below to agree to the terms at least 48 hours prior to our session.

If you contact me prior to 24 hours, you will not be charged and I will slide the payment toward our next scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment time within 24 hours of our session, you will be charged in full for the session.

Payments: Please send payment PRIOR to the start of our session(s) if paying via Zelle or Apple Pay. Please bring your check or cash to each session if paying per session. I prefer not to have to ask or follow up with you on payments.
