I offer a weekly 30-minute Mindfulness Meditation practice on Wednesdays from 7:45-8:15am. This is a virtual meditation group using Zoom, so you can be in the comfort of your own home, be able to stay with the practice even while you are away on vacation, or just shut your door in your office so that you can participate.
There is nothing better than practicing meditation with others, and we have all enjoyed the experience of meeting in this way! We have all felt a similar connection to when we practiced in person together, so regardless of your experience with meditation, please join us!
For the first 5 minutes, I explain the technique and give a little background. Then we practice a guided meditation for 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes to process or discuss any insight people might experience.
Advance sign up is a MUST. Please contact me HERE at least one day prior to the class and let me know if you are interested in joining us. I will send you a link to the Zoom session to join us.
Cost is $10 paid in advance for a single class. You can pay for the full series at a discounted rate of $70 total for nine classes during April & May.
