I offer TWO weekly small group personal training classes (that’s only 4 people max per session) to create a supportive atmosphere where you get loads of personal attention, and it keeps costs down for you. Ideally this allows you to come in for a guided, safe and challenging workout more often so that you meet your functional fitness goals more quickly.
You must sign up HERE prior to attending these group classes – they are NOT drop-in style. These are offered at Centerline Movement Studio on Wednesday at 1:30 and Friday at 2:30pm. Cost per session is $25/person and can be paid for when you sign up for the class.
